Working to improve your scalp health, this lightweight serum is a pre-wash treatment that will exfoliate, cleanse and revitalise the scalp, whilst improving the scalp’s moisture barrier. 

Using a combination of AHAs, Lactic & Glycolic Acids, this gentle formula effectively exfoliates dry skin, product build-up and environmental pollutants, whilst Niacinamide, Panthenol, Betane and Glycerine work in harmony to give the scalp an intense moisture boost. The result – the uppermost layers of the scalp are left clean, fresh and hydrated helping create the optimum base for future, healthier hair.

How to use?

Use on dry hair and scalp. Section hair, apply to entire scalp and massage in. Leave on for 10-15 minutes then wash hair as normal. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately.

We recommend using Purify:Scalp Serum on dry hair and scalp before washing and following your usual cleansing routine. Section hair into small sections, apply directly to the scalp, ensuring the entire scalp is covered. Massage in and wait 10-15 minutes before washing hair as normal.

Is Purify:Scalp Serum a dandruff treatment?

Although this serum is not formulated specifically to be a dandruff treatment, it is a good option for those with dandruff, as it will gently exfoliate a dry flaky scalp, helping to remove product build-up whilst providing an intense moisture boost.

How often should I use Purify:Scalp Serum?

We recommend using this gentle exfoliating treatment x1 times a week for optimum results.

What is the difference between Purify:Scalp Serum & Purify:Scalp Cleanse?

Purify:Scalp Cleanse is a sugar-based scalp scrub designed to gently exfoliate away product build-up on the surface of the scalp and hair. It requires massaging into the scalp and is rinsed off immediately. Whilst it will help remove some dead skin from the scalp thanks to the gentle abrasiveness of the particles and the massage action, it has primarily been designed to reduce and cleanse the scalp of product build-up.

In contrast, Purify:Scalp Serum is a liquid serum that contains a combination of AHAs, Lactic & Glycolic Acids. These AHAs work to specifically lift off the build-up of dead skin cells on the scalp's surface. These dead skin cells are then washed away when the hair is shampooed.

The scalp scrub and serum can work perfectly in conjunction with one another as part of a regular scalp care routine. For optimum results, use the scrub once a week, followed by the serum once a week, 2-3 days after the scrub to gently address any dry skin or scalp issues.
